Notebooks

Look guys, the NB check is tommorrow, so let's get our crap together. I will print out the logo (for the inside cover) and the team information sheet (emails, phone#'s and such) amd have them ready tommorrow. I think (and please post opposing opinions quickly) that our tabs should be 1.) Team data and thesis statement. 2.) Blog. 3.) Personal Notes 4.) (Insert whatever paper you are doing here, and include all relevant notes). Aly additional tabs or changes to the ones listed, please post them FAST!!!!! Get you opinions out here BEFORE 7:00PM!!! Homework

Much like Sohl, I will be across the country for Christmas break and have no intention of working on this thing during my break. One more thing about blog content- This is for our EXPLORAVISION homework, not the rest of it. If you don't like that, I would be happy to set up a homework blog, but keep that crap (I restrain myself for you, Sohl) of of this page.

Hey im glad I already did my share, at least for now. ...BTW, I will NOT be here for most of christmas break, and dont bother asking me to get anything done either.Ive got plane tickets to Pennsylvania and my buddies for most of the break. Yeah, and does anyone know what we had to do for lit..? I copied down that list of stuff that he gave us, but im not sure if we just analyze the stoy amontillado and say who the protagonist/antagonist is.

Break's Over

Hate to ruin your vacations, but we need to get back on top of this project. As we discussed, I will work on the Breakthoughs section and Justin will take over Future Uses. Peter: your logo is great for a website banner, and I think that we'll use it there, but as a team logo... not so much, no. True however, my logo sucks too, so I will therefore re-engineer an completely new one with Photoshop in Carter. FOR THE TIME BEING we will TAPE your logo into our notebooks so that we get a good grade on the NB check. I will post a link later tonight.

Okay, i started and now im too lazy to actually post this, maybe later, and Hoffman, print out the oldest logo and we'll glue it to the inside of our binders. Do it, do it now.

um....since the original-I mean the REAL ORIGINAL- was better, why I don't I just print those out and we glue them to our binders. End of story. Besides, a helicopter has a lot more to do with our project the the nuclear fission sign or whatever.

Fine, don't cut out the crap around the sides Justin, I just realized that our logo was supposed to have something to do with, you know, our, um, project... thing. Yeah. In all fairness, though, the second version was for crap. Sohl, you never saw the first one so put your head down. Justin, the only things that I changed was adding the bullets and stuff, so just don't cut them out. I will post the old one as soon as possible for Sohl. Sorry....

Okay, new logo's done. See it here. I don't have the right kind of paper (cardstock would be best), so if you do, print it out and cut it out CAREFULLY with an X-Acto knife (the white parts only).

Various Stuff

Justin: You don't have to click on November to see your posts. They show on the index page. And never post that many times again. Especially don't post such junk so many times ever again.
Peter: The best way to do the binders will be this- we (and when I say 'we', I mean 'you') design a simplified graphic design, we cut it out of cardstock, and we spray artificial glass-froster over it (Note: the binder will have to have a relatively smooth surface for this to work). I have a supply of spray-on frosting fluid. Get back to me on that ASAP.

Logo's good, but we should capitalize the O and N in 'electromagnetic' so that the entire acronym is expressed. By the by, I agree about slug (AKA Justin). We should take it upon ourselves to bother him as much as humanly possible.

Updates

Okay, here are multiple updates:
1. Tentative (and most likely) team name is Aeons. For Amorphous Electromagnetic Sheilding. I will use Aeons in the logo.
2. The team logo will be done by next monday. I'm gonna make it on fireworks, and ill post it on the web when its done and provide a link on the blog. Also, this is for hoffman, I need the moleclar structure (e.g. c-ch3=o) for the logo. Hoffman I talked to you about this in Bio, so you know what AI mean, if you find one, post a link. If there no link by tommorow at noon, im gonna start without it. Logo will be black and silver.
3. I have made the calendars, and added al the dates Kienel gave us to the calendars. I have a November, December, January, and February calendar. If we need more, let me know. They are in my notebook currently. Iff u want copies let me know at Psohl14@juno.com or say so on the blog.
4. The suit should be in between Metroid Prime 2 Feds, and Halo marines.
