• The movie was made at school using school equipment on school time, therefore the movie is the property of the school.
• Besides, you gave Carter permission to "take" your movie, and he can take that in whatever sense he wishes

Hey, remember that movie project from way back when. Well, Carter com,es to me telling me how much he enjoyed my movie and how he wants to take it St. Louis. So I say fine. Today, I get on the computer with the color printer to print out my ad for the box,and I see a link to the movie. So, obviously, i decide to veiw my long lost film. The entire movie was changed. The only thing that statyed the same was the music. No lie. The ONLY thing that was the same was the music. Is there some sort of legal infringement for this hoffman?
